Bean soup

Ingredients
200g of boiled beans
50g toasted wholemeal bread
Half an onion
1 carrot
1 stick of celery
A few leaves of parsley
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Rock salt
Method
Chop the onion, carrot, and celery then cook with a little water for 5 minutes.
Add beans and salt into the mixture and stir for 2-3 minutes. Blend well.
Turn off the heat, pour the soup into a bowl. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
