Ingredients

  • 200g of boiled beans
  • 50g toasted wholemeal bread
  • Half an onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stick of celery
  • A few leaves of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Rock salt

Method

  • Chop the onion, carrot, and celery then cook with a little water for 5 minutes.
  • Add beans and salt into the mixture and stir for 2-3 minutes. Blend well.
  • Turn off the heat, pour the soup into a bowl. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
