Ingredients

  • 150g boiled chickpeas
  • a tablespoon of sesame cream (Tahini)
  • ¼ lemon
  • Salt to taste

Method

Blend the chickpea together with the sesame paste, add a little water if necessary. Add the lemon juice and salt to taste, blend well.
