Organic ricotta with herbs

Ingredients

  • 125g of organic goat milk ricotta
  • A handful of herbs: parsley, mint, oregano, savory
  • Grated nutmeg
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder (optional)

Method

Chop all the herbs, grate the nutmeg, and pour them all on the ricotta. Add salt to taste.

You can either serve it as that or mix the ricotta and herbs, stir vigorously with a spoon, then pour into a bowl. Decorate with pink pepper and sunflower seeds.
