Spaghetti with lupine hummus

Ingredients

  • 80g whole wheat spelt spaghetti
  • 60g boiled and peeled lupins
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt

Method

  • Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water, cook according to the cooking times indicated on the spaghetti packaging.
  • Blend the lupins together with oil, oregano, and tomato paste. Add salt to taste.
  • When the spaghetti is ready, drain it and serve with lupin hummus.
