Spelt pizza with turkey slices

Ingredients

  • 300g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 15g fresh yeast
  • 150g tomato sauce
  • 200g sliced turkey
  • Whole cane sugar
  • Oregano
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Method

  • Put the yeast in half a cup of warm water with the whole cane sugar until it rises; then add it to the flour, together with the salt and knead well.
  • Put the dough in a container and wrap it with a towel and a woolen cloth, leave it rises at a temperature of 20-25°C.
  • Once it has risen, roll it out and place on a baking tray, spread with sliced turkey, tomato sauce, salt and oregano. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
