Turkey with lemon

Ingredients

  • 120g of turkey (a slice)
  • 2 lemons
  • A handful of raisins soaked in warm water
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Squeeze 2 lemons for the juice and zest one lemon. Marinate the turkey for 2 hours in the lemon juice and the rind.
  • Then roast the marinated turkey with the oven.
  • When it is cooked, remove from the oven. Serve with parsley, raisins, and olive oil.
