Wash the millet thoroughly in warm water.
Pour 100 ml of vegetable drink and about 1/3 of water into the pot, then add millet.
Cook on low heat, covered, for 20-25 minutes until the porridge is soft (add more milk or water if necessary).
Pour the finished porridge into a bowl, add another 100 ml of vegetable drink.
Then blend to a smooth mousse.
Add walnuts and cinnamon.
