Ingredients

  • 100g red lentil flour
  • 75g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 75g teff or millet flour
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 125ml water
  • Vegetable topping

Method

  • Mix the three flours together. Gently pour the water into mixture (add more water if necessary), add 2 tablespoons of oil and the spices, then mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a large baking tray lined with lightly oiled baking paper. Drizzle a little oil on top and bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.
  • Once the bread is ready, top with vegetables, for example fresh tomatoes or avocado slices.
