Mix the three flours together. Gently pour the water into mixture (add more water if necessary), add 2 tablespoons of oil and the spices, then mix well.
Pour the mixture into a large baking tray lined with lightly oiled baking paper. Drizzle a little oil on top and bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.
Once the bread is ready, top with vegetables, for example fresh tomatoes or avocado slices.
