Ingredients

  • 80g dried split green peas
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lightly roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dehulled hemp seeds
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 table spoon of vegetable cooking cream
  • 1/2 lemon

Method

  • Soak the dried peas for three hours, then cook them in plenty of boiling water for about 2 hours. At the last half hour, add salt to taste.
  • When the pea is ready, blend well.
  • Chop the parsley and sprinkle it on the creamy soup, together with the hemp and sunflower seeds, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
