Wash the pumpkin well, cut it into slices (leaving washed pumpkin skin) and steam them.
Meanwhile, chop the onion, basil and parsley finely.
Once the pumpkin is cooked, put it in the blender, adding two glasses of cooking water (the water used to steam the pumpkin), the chopped onion, basil, parsley, yogurt and a pinch of salt. Blend well.
Add the quinoa and sesame paste to the cream and mix well. Pour the mixture onto a deep plate and decorate with basil leaves.
