Risotto with chicory and walnuts

Ingredients
80g brown or basmati brown rice
100g chicory
1 clove of garlic
5 walnuts
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Method
Whilst cooking the rice in boiling salted water.
Wash and finely chop the chicory and the walnuts.
In a pan, add the olive oil and garlic, stir then add the walnuts. When they become light brown, add the chicory, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
When the rice is ready, add them into the pan and stir well. Serve hot.
