Tofu with cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 150g of cauliflower
  • 100g of tofu (natural or grilled)
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (shoyu or tamari)

Method

  • Steam the cauliflower for about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cut the tofu into strips and fried them in a pan until they become golden. Sprinkle with soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  • In a shallow dish, mash the cooked cauliflower, add oil and salt to taste and place the tofu on top.
