Ingredients
1 piece of salmon (200g) diced
2 lemons
50g of rocket
20g of raisins
1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil cold pressed
Rock salt
Method
Place the salmon in an airtight container, squeeze the two lemons and pour the juice into the container. Leave in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
Strain the lemon juice, add the raisins, sunflower seeds, salt and oil. Serve on a plate of rocket.
