Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon (200g) diced
  • 2 lemons
  • 50g of rocket
  • 20g of raisins
  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil cold pressed
  • Rock salt

Method

  • Place the salmon in an airtight container, squeeze the two lemons and pour the juice into the container. Leave in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
  • Strain the lemon juice, add the raisins, sunflower seeds, salt and oil. Serve on a plate of rocket.
