Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of low-fat or soy organic yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of linseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup or raisins or half a ripe banana
  • Half a lemon
  • 2 teaspoons of sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of raw buckwheat
  • Seasonal fresh fruit chopped as you prefer

Method

  • Pour the yogurt and 2 teaspoons of linseed oil in a cup and beat with a fork (or blend)
  • Add a teaspoon of agave syrup or raisins, or half a well-ripe banana mashed with a fork.
  • Squeeze a half of lemon, add the juice, the sunflower seeds and the raw buckwheat to the mixture.
  • Blend all together and pour into a cup, decorate with the fruit.
