Ingredients
3 tablespoons of low-fat or soy organic yogurt
2 teaspoons of linseed oil
1 teaspoon of agave syrup or raisins or half a ripe banana
Half a lemon
2 teaspoons of sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons of raw buckwheat
Seasonal fresh fruit chopped as you prefer
Method
Pour the yogurt and 2 teaspoons of linseed oil in a cup and beat with a fork (or blend)
Add a teaspoon of agave syrup or raisins, or half a well-ripe banana mashed with a fork.
Squeeze a half of lemon, add the juice, the sunflower seeds and the raw buckwheat to the mixture.
Blend all together and pour into a cup, decorate with the fruit.
