Chicken breast with rice

100g of diced chicken breast
50g of basmati brown rice
4 cardamom seeds
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of rosemary
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon of vinegar
3 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
Method
Marinate the diced chicken for about an hour in a container with the lemon juice, rosemary, oil, minced garlic and vinegar.
Meanwhile, cook the rice (without salt) and add the cardamom seeds.
Cook the marinated chicken with its sauce in a covered pan (add water during cooking, if needed).
When the chicken is ready, add the rice. Mix well and serve.
